32Red Casino Buys NedPlay

Online casino operator 32Red has announced the acquisition of struggling online casino nedplay.com. The acquisition will include the sites player database and intellectual property.
32red, who is powered by microgaming, has stated that purchasing nedplay.com would give players the ‘same high level of service and support and exciting promotions’ that is currently enjoyed by its clients at 32red and dashcasino.
“We are pleased to have NedPlay.com join our group and look forward to delivering the same high standards we apply across our existing operations to NedPlay.com,” said Ed Ware, CEOfor 32Red.
The NedPlay.com brand is to continue as it is ‘for the time being’ as 32red assesses the domain’s future over the coming weeks. Ware stated that players with outstanding approved pending withdrawals can expect payment ‘shortly’. Unresolved compensation to affiliate partners would be settled ‘in the short-term’.
32Red was recently awarded the Casino Of The Decade award from Casinomeister after six years of operation.
