888 And Microgaming Join Forces For French Venture

Online software provider Microgaming and online gambling operator 888 have announced that they will be joining forces (subject to necessary licensing approval) to deliver a French gaming network that will benefit from a shared pool of liquidity on one single platform.

The venture looks to provide a French poker network which aims to quickly establish itself as one of the leading online poker offerings in the French Market. Gigi Levy, CEO of 888 said of the deal, “This deal marks a turning point in the industry with big networks collaborating in newly regulated markets to create a shared pool of liquidity, benefiting customers and assisting in rapidly generating large poker networks in each market.”
