888 Sportsbook Now Live

888, the online casino and poker firm, have launched an online sportsbook, 888sport.com in partnership with Blue Square. The product is now live in the UK, Gemany, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and Austria with appropriate versions of the sportsbook for each market.
The new sportsbook is another step towards 888's objective of becoming a 'one stop shop' for all gaming and betting products. Brand marketing director Matt Robinson said "the entrance into the sports betting market represents a significant milestone in the progression of our diversified, multi-channel strategy to grow customer reach and appeal globally".
The company believe that the new sportsbook product will appeal worldwide to both their existing customers and to new ones, and they plan to use their existing sponsorship in Seville Football Club and the World Snooker Championships to advertise their new product to many markets.
