Chili Poker announes Iliad partnership

The online poker site, Chili Poker, announced today that it has signed a strategic partnership deal with French group Iliad.
Iliad is a public company listed on the Euronext Stock Exchange. The company operates ‘Free’ the 2nd largest Internet Service Provider (ISP) in France and has around 12 million users and more than 4 million subscribers.
Chili Poker said it felt the collaboration would help effectively launch its company, Gaminvest Holding Ltd Group.
Chili Poker also said that the collaboration would help them to better compete with the top operators in Europe.
According to Chili Poker, with French legislation on gambling being relaxed, the company says it “will use the powerful technical and marketing infrastructure of ‘Free’ to become a household word in France”.
Chili Poker also said in today’s announcement that revenues generated from the partnership with Iliad would allow it to re-invest in other markets and establish itself as a leader in Europe.
