Devilfish Signs B2B Deal
24th February, 2010

Devilfish Gaming has signed a B2B deal providing Germany’s Gauselmann group with help in creating and launching a new Italian online casino and poker brand at Merkur win.
The recently launched extension of online poker site Devilfish.com, Devilfish services business to business consultancy unit, will provide Espelkamp-based Gauselmann with marketing strategies for the new brand, in addition to designing and setting up the site’s affiliate programmes.
“We are very happy to be involved with Gauselmann’s famous Merkur brands,” said Paul Barnes, Chief Executive Officer for Devilfish Gaming.
“Devilfish has a lot to offer because we both operate an online gaming business and share that know-how with selected strategic partners who are entering the market using high-calibre in-house management consultants. In addition, we own the valuable Devilfish brand, which we also license to third parties in non-competing markets.”
Additionally, Devilfish will help with designing and implementing customer promotions and bonus programmes for Merkur Win, plus product and channel management that includes third-party product selection and ‘functional requirement specifications’.
