English Poker Open Tournament

The English Poker Open is new to the poker world, scheduled to take place just before the WSOPE on September 15th,16th and 17th 2009 and is held in the UK’s best Card Room, Dusk till Dawn and is located in Nottingham.
The EPO has already attracted eleven-times WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth who has secured his seat for the main event, who will be alongside Absolute Poker’s pro Liv Boeree whilst still attracting many more professional players!
With only 165 seats still available players have the option to buy their seats directly or qualify via several different online poker rooms. Alongside this there is also the chance to win full packages in various freerolls. These will be taking place on Sunday 14th , 21st and 28th June 2009 at Ladbrokes, PKR, Betfair, Absolute Poker and many more.
Day one of the main event with commence at 2pm on 15th September and play will finish at 1am. Day two will play down to the final nine players and the final of the event will take place on day 3. The club shuts at 6am every day and there will be plenty of opportunities to play several cash games available to all.
