Gala Sponsor Big Brother Book Launch

Gala TV has announced that they will sponsor the launch of Big Brother 1 winner Craig Phillip’s autobiography, aptly named, “My story, building beyond big brother”.
Craig, who was launched into the lime light as a result of his win back in 2000 has recently appeared on Gala TV’s “Housemate bingo” and will reveal his latest offering at a star studded event at the Sir Thomas Hotel in Liverpool on Thursday 23rd July.
The event will hold 250 guests upon which: Ricky Tomlinson, Jonny Vegas, Ryan Giggs, Frankie Dettori, Chesney Hawkes, Peter Crouch, Jenny Powell, Ben Fogle, Claire Sweeney and James Martin have confirmed their attendance.
Gala TV’s sponsorship of the event rounds off July’s Big brother themed schedule, which has included insights from former big brother stars, Alison Hammons and Anthony Hutton, about life in the house and what it’s like in the ‘real world’ once they have left.
“Given our Big Brother-themed show and how popular Craig was with our viewers when he appeared, it seemed a natural progression to support the launch of his autobiography. Our chat rooms were buzzing when Craig shared the projects he’s been working on since he won Big Brother nine years ago,” said Paul Tremain, Director of programmes, at Gala TV.
The last Housemate bingo show is set to air on Sunday 26th July at 8pm; the show will be giving away signed copies of Craig’s book.
Gala TV is available on Sky and Freesat channel 861 and they give out up to £20,000 in prize money EVERY NIGHT.
