Germany Follows the trait to Ban Online Gambling

Germany wants to ban online gambling, so it has designed a new legislation, which comes into power next year that will make all online gambling illegal in the country.
Bwin interactive Entertainment however will not have to follow that legislation, due to the ruling in a German regional court. They will have some limitations on the sportsbook service they are providing, but in general they will still be OK with running it.
A spokesman for Bwin E.K. said this: "We welcome the decision because it confirms the license and makes clear that the planned gambling law can't be realized."
