This weekend will see the climax of the European Rugby Season, when Leinster takes on Leicester in the final of the Heineken Cup. Set to be a mammoth battle of titans, both will make the trip up to Murray Field this Saturday.
Neither were favourites at the beginning of the season to win the title, and Leinster were not even among favourites to make it to the final.
However after demolishing Munster two weeks ago, in a somewhat one-sided affair, Leinster are now priced at exactly the same odds as their opponents.
Bookies currently put both at 10/11 odds on to win, with Paddy Power giving odds of 5/6. Paddy Power is also offering another one of their notorious money back specials for this game.
If Brian O'Driscoll or Geordan Murphy scores the last try of the match in normal time Paddy Power will refund all losing try scorer and winning margin bets on the match.
At the start of the European rugby season Leinster were 14/1 odds on to win the competition and have been shorten to 5/6 by Paddy Power, leaving the Irish bookmaker to back Leicester Tigers this weekend, after a full season of betting has seen them left with a large liability of €150,000.
