Bwin, who run online sportsbetting, online poker and online casino programs, are suing the French Tennis Federation (FFT) for damages.

The lawsuit follows allegations made by the FFT that online betting operators endangered the ethics of sport. The claims were made when the FFT attempted to prevent Bwin, along with Ladbrokes and Betfair, from taking any bets on the French Open, which is to be held in May.

Bwin have made statements through the European Gaming and Betting Association highlighting their work combating fraud and corruption in sporting events with the European Sports Security Association.

The lawsuit is yet un-resolved.
