Online Bookies keep same odds on British and Irish Lions

The weekend saw the British and Irish Lions take on the Springboks in the first of three test matches on their tour of South Africa. After weeks of preparations and sports media hype, fans were not left disappointed.
Despite speculation about the South Africans being unprepared and not match fit, they quickly took command of the game scoring the first try within the first 5 minutes.
Going into the game South Africa were 4/11 favourites with most online bookmakers including Bet 365, and Ladbrokes, however after a less than convincing win, bookies have kept the odds the same.
Many betting fans suggested, depending on the outcome of the game bookies would change their odds accordingly, but after the Lions finished the match tantalisingly close to completing a remarkable comeback, bookies seem unsure whether to lengthen odds on the Lions and shorten South Africa’s.
The Lions play the Emerging Springboks tomorrow night and will be looking to lift their confidence and build towards a must win game this weekend.
