Online Bookies open Champions League final bets

Online Bookies will begin taking millions of bets in the forthcoming weeks, ahead of the Champions League final between Manchester United and Barcelona on the 27th May.

Before the tournament, these two sides were seen as the best in Europe and were bookie's favourites to reach the final. Barcelona left it late to book their flight to Rome, after Andres Iniesta rifled home a superb shot in injury time.

Chelsea had earlier taken the lead through a stunning left foot volley from Michael Essien. However the away goal for Barca sent them through after a series of questionable refereeing decisions.

The Norwegian official was subject to strong appeals from Chelsea players and fans on numerous occasions, and Dider Drogba had to be held back from confronting him after the game.

Online betting stores have already released the market odds on the final, and some of these can be found below.

United to win: 13/8 Betfred Barca to win: 6/4 Betfred

First Goal Scorer:

Ronaldo 6/1 Paddy Power Eto'o 7/1 Paddy Power Messi 7/1 Betfred
