Online Poker room announce new Poker Pro Member

PKR.com has announced the new signing of its seventh Team PKR Pro member Karl Fenton. According to the online poker room Fenton, from Caistor England, signed on the dotted line earlier this week joining PKR’s elite team.
A relative new comer to pokers high ranks, Fenton had been studying for a finance degree, however after winning the PKR Sunday Classic in November 2008, Fenton decided to pursue a career in poker.
Fenton was picked up by PKR following his two final table finishes at PKR Live II, where he won the main event and $20,000 in prize money. Since netting $7,500 last November he has managed to rack up more than $200,000 in online tournament winnings.
Now a member of Team PKR Pro Fenton has been flown to Las Vegas to join his other team members and represent PKR.com in the World Series of Poker.
When asked about his fairytale ascent to poker stardom he said, “Quite honestly the first career I have ever been able to see myself making a real success out of was poker. It is something I have a deep interest in and something I have begun to make work. Hopefully this opportunity with PKR will prove to be the springboard to a lifetime of success in the game.”
