Online bingo is shifting and growing strong

Everyone knows that playing bingo is more popular now than ever before. The game was previously thought of as an outdated pastime for the over 60’s, but young professionals are turning the game around.
In particular, the 18-24 year old segment seems to be enthused with online bingo. A Mintel report has shown that there are around 700,000 18- 24 year old active online bingo players in the UK; there was a huge jump from 27% to 38% of the players being in managerial positions.
There could be multiple reasons for this shift including its convenience and ease of use. This is in addition to the great social atmosphere and sense of community. Plus its relatively lower risk compared to other forms of online entertainment.
Bingo, therefore, is proven not to be a game only reserved for the elderly. It’s fun and exciting for all ages and abilities.
