Paddy Power Head Of Online to Move to Sportsbet.

According to reports from eGaming review the head of online for Paddy Power, Cormac Barry, is to be promoted to the position of commercial director for Sportsbet, who was recently acquired by Paddy Power.
Barry will immigrate to Australia for the post, after loyally working for the Irish bookmakers for nearly 10 years.
Paddy power acquired 51% of Sportsbet back in May for AUD48.5m (€27.2m) and later in June, through Sportsbet, took over Aussie bookmakers International All Sports (IAS).
Barry’s primary responsibility is to boost Marketing in the fast expanding Aussie market. This task will be made easier due to the lifting of restrictions for intra state licensed operators advertising between states in New South Wales and Victoria last October.
