Paddy Power and Inspired Gaming sign four year deal

According to EGR Magazine, Paddy Power and the Inspired Gaming Group have renewed their exclusive server based gaming contract for a further four years.
Inspired supply 79 of Paddy Power’s UK outlets with 316 gaming machines, the extension of this deal follows an 81% increase in machine income for the bookmaker.
With Paddy Power set to expand their UK estate based venues by 100%, Inspired are likely to supply far more machines. This falls under Paddy Power’s expansion plans which include buying a controlling stake in sportsbook ‘Sportingbet’ completing its acquisition of international All Sports Ltd.
Paddy Power have retained their eighth position in the eGaming Review power 50, despite seeing a 26% reduction in operating profit for the same period in 2008.
Chief executive Patrick Kennedy remains confident that Paddy Power remains on track to meet their full year profit targets.
