Sky Bet open markets on Kaka and Real Madrid

With Brazilian football star Kaka being officially presented as a Real Madrid player tomorrow, multi-platform betting operator Sky Bet have announced odds on the playmaker to win a number of trophies next season.

Following the big sporting news that both Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo were to join Real Madrid, online bookies began opening markets on which of the two would be most successful in 2009/2010.

Currently Sky Bet price Kaka at 5/2 that he will outscore his Portuguese team-mate next year. While he is 5/4 odds on with Sky Bet that he will score a minimum of 16 goals.

According to Sky Bet, it’s also very likely that Real Madrid will bolster their side further by signing Franck Ribéry, despite Bayern Munich’s insisting that the former Marseille man is not for sale.

Helen Jacob at Sky Bet said: "After last week's communication from Bayern Munich’s insisting that he was not for sale, Ribéry was backed into 13/8 from 4/1 with Sky Bet to remain in Germany next season. However, we still make Real Madrid odds-on favourite to be his club after the transfer window closes as we expect the big spending Spaniards to come up with an offer they can’t refuse."
