Virgin centralises online gaming
26th June, 2009
Virgin has announced that it will be centralizing its online gaming network. Prior to the announcement, the company had outsourced operations between WagerWorks, Boss Media and St. Minver.
With 18months in development, virgin games will now be able to offer their customers a more streamlined service allowing players to use multiple gaming products with a single sign in and one wallet. Player’s only need to register once to breeze through the various gaming sites and can then compete for points and bonuses across their games sites.
Virgin will also launch an in house customer service call centre to improve client’s experiences across telephone, e-mail and web chat, to create “an all round excellent customer experience”.
“Here at Virgin Games, we live and breathe the Virgin brand values and feel taking the customer service department in-house and integrating all three gaming services allows us to continue to deliver the unique Virgin experience that our customers have come to expect,” said Simon Burridge, CEO of Virgin Games.
